Lucid Dreaming is a concept created by electronic music lovers to expose Perth’s underground EDM talent, and bring national/international EDM artists to Perth’s attention.

We aim to promote a core group of Producers, DJ’s, VJ’s, Photographers and Graphic Designers.

Our parties are about getting lost in the art that is Electronic Dance Music. Meeting like minded people, having fun and letting go are all core elements in the Lucid Dreaming ethos, but equally as important, we aim to push forward the underground music scene in Perth so it rivals that of the flagship EDM cities around the world.

Since its inception in 2007 Lucid Dreaming has put on some unforgettable parties. Our flagship night Lucid Dreaming has seen some of the best sets played by local acts in recent years, as well as mind blowing shows from the likes of Chris Liebing, Emerson Todd and Djuma Sound System. With the success of the flagship night Lucid Dreaming has recently taken up a new venture in the form of Global. Global debuted to great acclaim with a live set from in demand Glimpse and solid support from Perth’s finest locals.

LD kicked of 2010 with another huge party featuring label owner of Upon You Rec and one half of the extremely popular Luna City Express – Marco Resmann. Soon after followed the now infamous house party! Organised by the LD crew which featured the legend himself Sven Vath playing for up to 7 hours to a full backyard of over 60 ppl which included the likes of Digweed, Above and Beyond, Booka Shade and Dubfire. The next event was the Lucid Dreaming boat party which will now become a regular fixture in the ever growing list of gigs we throw. This will also go down as an unforgettable party that had an amazing vibe and atmosphere, the local DJ’s and the crew who attended are to thank for creating such an experience!
